radiating adulthood

when i was still schooling i couldn’t wait to grow up and become and adult but now that i’m here, this feels quite unexpected. i swear half the time i’m asking myself “what the heck is going on?” geez. no one told me that being an adult is very much just cosplaying Someone Who Has It All Together But Not Really.

that said — besides the neck ache, back ache, and sometimes heart break — there are still some perks to being a full grown adult. like being able to afford pistachio flavoured gelato in a cone. that’s some good shit right there.
